Red Raspberry Preserves
Remember picking raspberries when you were a kid? When they were ripe, they'd slide off their buds into
your fingers and you'd pop them into your mouth, some as big as your thumb.
Catoctin's red raspberry preserves are made out of fresh raspberries. The slow cook process leaves
bites of raspberry in every spoonful.
