Damson Preserves (plum)
The damson is a culinary treat that you do not want to miss. Our damson preserves are made from fresh damson plums. These delicious little plums
are native to the Maryland area where we carefully choose the fruit that goes into our jams.
Damson preserves are an excellent spread for toast, each spoonful will give you a hearty piece
of plum. This also makes an excellent topping for ice cream or can be used as an ingredient in
a plum marinade. Pork goes wonderfully with the flavor of plum.
